Visual Animated Enchants obviously, as this is only a patch.
SkyPatcher v2.0.0+
If you don't know about SkyPatcher, you should, it is very power and will save you a lot of time.
Install/Loadorder
Plug and play, esp free.
Uninstall
Remove it at any time you want.
For now it only cover vanilla enchantment. Let me know if other patch is needed.
