That Tonilia...She may prefer "Wheelin' and Dealin'" (as Delvin puts it) over breaking and entering, but, while she hasn't chosen to become and official Guild member, she is part of the family nonetheless.
This standalone NPC replacer may look different in your game, depending on what Skin/Body mods you use, as well as lighting/ENB.
