Add bones to 3rd view skeleton:
-Buttlock (need for some clothes & animations)
-PelvisCon (diagonal moves support)
-Tail (for compatibility)
-Breast bones (need for some clothes & animations)
Add bones: to 1rd view skeleton:
-PelvisCon (diagonal moves support)
-Breast bones (need for some clothes & animations)

- Remove PelvisCon, not need it anymore
- Add more tail bones for clother compatibility
- Add Ragdolls fixes from Ragdolls for Oblivion mod
- Add aditional bone to 1st person skeleton, for Oblivion Reloaded Lite compatibility
