ABOUT My own take on The Sink from Old World Blues, tinier and cozier and with a bunch of new features. Coffee and tea included as usual. Please make sure you have all required files and DLC installed.
If you've already acquired the home and want to install this mod, read carefully.
Haul all your belongings out of your home (such as things in containers) and have companions go elsewhere before installing my mod. Exit the home and fast travel somewhere away from The Sink. Once you've done this you can safely install my mod and travel back to your home.
If you don't follow these instructions I'm not responsible for your game exploding.
FEATURES
- ambient sounds and noises, sounds for ALL containers, some immersive stuff
- cozy clutter, interactable objects, tons of roomy space
- navmeshed and companion-friendly
- bed that gives "well-rested" bonus
- shower that gives "refreshed" bonus*
- tons of safe storage and "NO RESET ZONE" for the cell
- all crafting stations (reloading bench is on the workbench)
- tons of other tiny details that you'd need to see for yourself
- Dynamic Weapon Displays thanks to hman101, functions standalone in this mod
- brewing machine that makes hot beverages (coffee and tea)
- working mirror for hair styling
- terminal/laptop with more information and debug options
- Nuka-Cola vending machine that lets you buy beverages (restored cut content)
- using your terminal, you can empty all trashcans in The Sink**
**WARNING: this forever removes the contents inside ALL trashcans in The Sink
