Fixed issues with the mesh of the PipBoy 3000 Remastered.

Things fixed:
Rad needle clipping.
Added stencil property to prevent see through.
Applied rotation to the female version similar to this Fallout 3 My Way - Resources - OLD. So female model works properly now.
Fixed light clipping on female version.
Install original mod PipBoy 3000 Remastered. Load this mod after or merge with original.
If you want to change the light color, I suggest you use this mod Configurable Pip-Boy Light Color.
Also grab the PimpBoy version, including all the fixes above.
