Complete stripping down/balancing of A World of Pain. Removes all unvoiced NPCs, quests, and un-lore friendly interiors, as well as heavily balancing the remaining locations.

- Added many new locations from the original AWOP, bringing the total cell count to 60 - All locations have had the same balance adjustments as the previous interiors - Some interiors have been moved to later-game spots to better represent their difficulty - Most locations are in the southern half of the map (below boulder city basically) - Caves from Farsveinn's Cave Pack (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/72185) have been integrated (also balanced and adjusted) - All new interiors and some existing interiors have had their roombounds improved thanks to evilzer2's mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/72024). This will result in great performance increases in most interiors
note: I don't use MoreMojave anymore, so I can no longer guarantee compatibility with it. If you want to use both together, it might be best to stick with 2.4
Features: - Edited version of A World Of Pain that completely removes all unvoiced NPCs, quests, un-lore friendly interiors, and "M" weapons, while completely rebalancing the remaining locations (60+)
Notes: - Only the DLCs are required, original AWOP or any other mods are not - Not compatible with any mods made for the original version of AWOP - Only other incompatibilities would be with mods that add new locations in the same spot, which would just lead to overlapping locations - Built in compatibility with FPGE thanks to AVeryUncreativeUsername - Consider also checking out Sweet Pain NV, a rebalance of this mod
