No clue if anyone else will encounter it, but I had a blinking/flickering/disappearing/invisible forearm bug that occured when using both the vanilla and this mesh for Stealth and Assassin suits. I'll leave this comment here, describing the situation and a solution I found. Hopefully, if anyone encounters a similar problem, it'll be of help.
I noticed that from time to time left forearm kept randomly disappearing and reappearing both in 1st and 3rd person. Said bug seemingly didn't affect any other armors I was using, no matter the type or if they're modded or not. I assumed that its happening because I was using No More Pip-Boy Glove, Pip-Boy 2000 MkVI, No PipBoy in Power Armor and Different PipBoy Animations together on top of this mod and Shifting Shadows - 2k Assassin and Stealth Suit Retextures. I removed all of said mods, one by one and all at once - none of that fixed the issue. I'm not using an ENB or any mods that mess with rendering, so I excluded issues related to such aspects. I attempted to check what's happening in FNVEdit and GECK but didn't find any issues there either. Checking the mesh out in NifSkope and messing with it also didn't help?.
Basically, messing with my already existing mods that had anything to do with the forearm or textures lead to nothing. It was at this point that I noticed something interesting - this bug was most noticeable when using fists. And I just so happened to use Johnsons Unarmed Animations for Bare Fists. Turning it off actually solved the problem, but only partially. Bug persisted on all the other weapons that use kNVSE animations.
I wasnt about to discard all the animation mods so as a next step I decided to try out other mesh and texture replacers. Both Fallout 4 Stealth Suits and Assassin and Stealth Suit Replacer with Pants fixed the bug at the cost of essentially undoing the knee fix by completely replacing the mesh. I didn't like the way FO4 port looks and also wasn't a big fan of the pants replacer. However, when checking out the pants replacer through NifSkope, I found a fix. Solution was rather simple - ?I just had to port left forearm from the pants mod into the mesh of the knee fix mod. Namely, I had to copy and paste "pipboyon" and "pipboyoff" parts of the mesh, while deleting same parts from the original. So far it works perfectly, no texture, model or animation inconsistencies in either 1st or 3rd person.
TL;DR:
Meshes of both suits conflict with kNVSE for some reason. Replace vanilla/knee fix "pipboyon" and "pipboyoff" mesh parts with identical ones from Assassin and Stealth Suit Replacer with Pants. Worked for me.
No biggie, I just pointed it out. You might want to check out PipBoyOn Node Fixes. Description mentions fixes for Assassin Suit, Stealth Suit MkII and more.
