Character Expansions Revised
Requirements
Description
Character Expansions Revised is a stripped down version of New Vegas Character Expansions (NVCE), Machienzo’s massive effort to overhaul Fallout: New Vegas’ NPC visuals. NVCE conforms to vanilla Fallout: New Vegas aesthetics, hundreds of characters’ faces have been fixed - they look more human and there’s a greater variety in their appearances.
Character Expansions Revised does not alter any vanilla gameplay, this is the most significant change compared to the original NVCE. Revised also has exported face textures, so you don't need to enable
The Extras file contains additional generic NPCs which have been added to leveled lists. It also changes two world spawns in Caesar's tent so that you won't get three identical guards right next to each other. The new NPCs use the same stats and items as others in the leveled lists, and if there are different types of NPCs in the same list, I've added the appropiate amount of each to make sure balance is correct.
Enjoy some polished potatoes!
Compatibility
This mod changes over 2000 NPC records, so it's very likely it isn't compatible with some of your mods. You will need to create proper patches with FNVEdit in order to make full use of this mod, here's a video tutorial to show you how.
I have provided patches for YUP and a few other mods, Unofficial Patch NVSE Plus doesn't need one.
