Fixes latest "A Van Graff Scorned" and "Mojave Raiders" to work with Character Expansions Revised. Specifically both of them. Installed at the same time, not separate. Sue me.

After installing Sigourn's CER Patch I went into xedit and discovered a few conflicts with Mojave Raiders that were unsolved. This aims to solve it. Then I threw in NVUC #3 A Van Graff Scorned as well, because it needed a patch too.
This is untested so please tell me if it does not, in fact, solve anything, or if it, in fact, makes things worse. Also, don't use it without having both mods installed, given the Van Graff Thug's data comes from it's NVUC version and not it's vanilla version. I did not feel like making multiple .esps and a fomod for a five kilobyte plugin. Not while I'm a greenhorn, at least.
you ever think about how a lot of the songs played on fallout 3 and 4's radio stations are all something about radiation, nukes, or sex? they need better material.
