Sorry for the horrible name, but it sounds a tiny bit better than \"Palace of Vivec decoration mod\". This mod makes Vivec\'s palace a bit less minimalistic, without making it any less zen of course. The biggest improvement is probably the small pond that now encircles Vivec\'s platform.
