1. Description

Ashpit Retreat is a small, atmospheric little hideout along the coastline of the Ashlands near the stronghold Valenvaryon, with plenty of storage. Comes with a vanilla and cloud storage compatible version. Comes with many small details and several little secrets, including a hidden storage area. It consists of a fenced-off exterior area with a small dock, some recreational space, and a lookout post, and inside the dwelling you will find a cozy, compact space to call your own - or to share with a follower. There's also a hidden area for you to find, and an amulet that'll teleport you to the Retreat instantly for a quick escape.
This mod comes with a vanilla version and cloud storage-compatible version.

Download with a mod manager of your choice, MO2 recommended. Or manually drag chosen version into your Morrowind/Data Files folder.
IMPORTANT: Only activate 1 .esp!

10. Mod location guide

You can find the hideout directly north of the Daedric ruin Ebernanit, and a little to the north-east of Valenvaryon. Your best bet is to walk towards the coast following the foyada that connects these two locations. You can also approach from the water, heading south from the Daedric ruin Assurdirapal. Once you've discovered it, it should show up on your map.
Alternatively, you can head east along the coastline from Urshilaku camp, though it's a somewhat longer walk.
If you can't find the door key: it's in the small urn next to the fence entrance. The secret lockbox has no key - you'll have to figure out some way to open it yourself.
