WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO?

This is an overhaul of the Factor's Estate, the player home which can be acquired by finishing the East Empire Company questline in the Solstheim expansion.

Bloodmoon Rebalance
has made that goal achievable even for a low-to-mid level player. Unfortunately, this only served to make the dreary, empty, and plagued by mesh errors, interior of the Estate more accessible. Tomb of the Snow Prince (the new version) deals with the exterior and does a wonderful Raven Rock, but doesn't touch the interiors.

The problem is that the Factor's Estate is structurally unsound. And this is where this mod comes in.

The Estate now has a new entrance area, a study (on top of the tower), a cellar (with an extra exit), a dedicated kitchen area where your servant walks around during the daytime so you can pretend she cooks for you.
Parts have been redecorated with Cyrodiilic and Nordic misc items, nothing fancy, just something that a pan-Tamrielic trading company might shower its local leadership with.

ANYTHING COOL?

There are no cool features here, sorry. No advanced lua scripting, enchanting companions, deep and lore-friendly quests, or graphical wonders wait for you.
Quite a few areas are left sparse so you can decorate them yourself. It's a feature, honestly!

A patch is available for Patch for Purists, as it corrects a floater which is unfortunfately now in the way of a window.

WHAT IS WITH THE REQUIREMENTS?

Tamriel_Data is obviously required.
Tomb of the Snow Prince (the new one, not the old one) is required so you don't exit the cellar and get dumped into the ocean. That requirement can be safely removed in Wrye Mash if you are into that sort of thing (or take your bathing mod of choice very seriously).
I highly recommend the "05 Raven Rock Glass Windows" option from Glow in the Dahrk.

I can probably make versions for plain Bloodmoon (even though it pains me) or Anthology Solstheim if people want that.

WHO IS TO BLAME FOR THIS MESS?

Me. I am very tired.

ONE MORE THING...
