Allows the Player to interact with the Galaxy map after the first 4 main story missions without immediately being grounded by the council, and allows for going to the citadel to turn in any remaining quests until they are grounded and the game prevents you from returning after you steal the Normandy.

Allows the Player to interact with the Galaxy map after the first 4 main story missions without immediately being grounded by the council, and allows for going to the citadel to turn in any remaining quests until they are grounded and the game prevents you from returning after you steal the Normandy.
I decided to make this mod after yet another playthrough where I finished all of the missions and forgot that some of the quests had to be turned in on the citadel as Shepard and Joker were stealing the Normandy.
Huge thank you to the Mass Effect Modding discord for helping me find the easiest way to make this mod.

Technical information for modders:
When Using this mod You must:
-Install Private Email Terminal - without it you will be unable to progress the story since you will be unable to get grounded.
-install the game through ME3Tweaks Mod Manager version 7.0 or above. do not install it manually
I've added an "ignore" option so that if you accidentally read the email you can still avoid getting grounded. However, This will likely prevent you from reading other emails since it merely sets the email to "unread" - a huge thank you to 55tumbl for the suggestion
This mod can be installed at any point before getting grounded and still work
