I really liked the item tags from Kit's Killer Strings but could never get used to the Food/Drink sorting by buffs, and while his icon version has much better sorting, not everyone want to go through the process that requires. Though if you don't mind, I do recommend it, he put a lot of work into it.
I originally used Ratmonkey's and tried Lyravega's, but while each did something I liked they didn't do everything I would prefer. After seeing Stas Nobody's Tagged Plans mod and checking it out with xTranslate I decided to spend a week making my own sorting mod for my personal tastes.

Everything but plan sorting is done with my own custom xTranslate rules, so no one else's assets besides Stas Nobody's Tagged Plans were used, and even those I heavily modified over several days based on the current Plan & Mod Database and older datamines.

Pro tip: Ctrl+Scroll will scroll an entire page at a time for when you need to scroll a lot, like all the (Known) plans at a vendor.

In addition to the sorting tags listed below, most Aid items have their buffs appended to the end of their names, such as (Chem) Psychotats {DMG+25%|DR+15|P-3}.
Bethesda programmed the Aid strings to only show so many characters. I've shortened as many buff tags and names as possible while making sense, but there's still room for improvement. Please bug report any cut off names or tags.

And on top of all of that, all the Pioneer Scout exam correct answers are marked with «+» at the end of the terminal entry.

Note: An Asterix * At The End Of Any Tag Means It's Untradeable (Destroys On Drop)
  • Any Plans You Have That Are Still Named "Plan:" or "Recipe:" Are Not Obtainable In The Game, Meaning They Were Illicitly Obtained.
(OR I Missed Them After An Update).
