Croup Manor has been fixed and cleaned up of all debris. Also includes a safe the contains every scrap to start building up your settlement.

Croup Manor has been remodeled back to its former glory. And has been overrun with ghouls. All the trash, debris, leaves, trees, tires, etc has been cleaned up. The fence has been removed as well. There is a safe filled with 5000 of all scrap materials except for wood and metal. They have 15,000. The safe is to the left of the workshop.
The MAIN file has all the Precombine files.
The VIS file has all the Precombine Vision files
This mod is meant to be loaded before you've been to this settlement. If you load it after and you fast travel to the Manor. YOU WILL DIE!!! When I say it's been over run by ghouls, I MEAN IT!

If this mod isn't installed it can cause issues with the ground meshes. I can't figure out why it does this. So I just figured I'd make it a requirement instead.
