About this mod

Allows you to rebuild the main building at Bunker Hill. Regenerated previsibines for use with or without PRP.

If you install this in an existing save and have already been to this location, be sure to be far away from there before installing.

The script for the repair function loads when the cell loads, so if the cells are already loaded it will not work.


  • All Plugins are ESPs flagged as ESL: So none of them will take up a spot in your load order.
  • Repairing Structures is Immersive: In workshop mode, highlight the junk wall by the large columns of the main building to repair it.
  • Ugly Landscape Stuff: All gone.
  • Navmesh: Updates as you scrap and repair.
  • Scrappable Stuff: The scaffolding can all be scrapped by scrapping the wooden barrel.
  • Trash Pickup: Trash and debris are removed when you repair the main building.
  • Regenerates Previsibines: For use without or without PRP Previsibines Repair Pack (PRP) Stable Branch.

Since Bunker Hill is surrounded by many buildings, there may be some minor previs issues. Previs is built for a 3x3 cell cluster so this happens when a mesh crosses a cell border from one 3x3 previs cluster into another 3x3 cluster. Instead of expanding out and regenerating previs for multiple cell clusters which increases the chance for conflicts, I have removed some items that cross cell borders from precombines, which should keep any previs issues to a minimum. So if you see something minor, it is what it is. If you do see entire buildings blinking out please let me know. A screenshot would be nice.
