About this mod
This is my Sanctuary new game Build. It's not heavily decorated but more of a foundation to build upon. I've been working on my collection and hated having to keep starting over so I made this as a start point to build from. Figured I would publish it for people to use with my collection if they're interested.

This is meant to be a foundation to build upon. It's not complete and isn't heavily decorated. Mainly for if you're starting a new game using my Collection Biohazard: Nuclear Winter (works with my newest collection as well Diary of The Commonwealth). This Turns Sanctuary into a sandbag Fort that has plenty of space left to custom build/add/modify. Hope it helps some of you who like me hate having to rebuild over and over again. I realize there are completed settlement builds out there that are a work of art and if that is what you are looking for then by all means dismiss this blueprint. This is meant for people who want a baseline settlement with walls to build upon and make their own.
