Good settlement, Whiskey. I built it first thing and as soon as I had enough junk I further fortified it. The monsters in Biohazard are something else, man. I love it. I used Basement Living to give myself a safe place in the first house by the bridge.
Anyway, endorsed, and it's a good general plan to follow for bigger settlements, like Starlight.
