Sim Settlements 2 - Chapter 2
Sim Settlements 2 - Pra's Random Addon 2 Terraforms are essential
This is a very basic level 3 City Plan for Oberland Station for 16 settlers.
You should ensure Designer’s Choice and Starting Plot Levels are ON
Build the City Planner’s desk and choose the Oberland Station plan.
There is a wonderful view from the player apartment.
You might want to move a couple of ASAMs (since the plan is already at level 3 you will only have to move them once)
The following plot types are used:
City Planner’s Desk
6 Residential = 16 beds
3 Agricultural
1 Industrial
2 Martial - Basic Defense
2 Recreational (relax)
5 Municipal (Sanitation, Basic Water, Basic Power, Caravan, Hospital)
1 Commercial (Bar)
This plan will not look or function right if you do not use these addon packs:
