Hi all. Firstly, Thanks Karvoc for an awesome Fort Oberland Outpost plan!
As is usual for me, I like to take city plans and play around with them for my own game. Such is the case with Karvoc's Fort Oberland. However since I only used his, (sometimes I combine more than one created plan), I sent off my changes to Karvoc to share with you as an optional file here.
So what is the optional file?
Using Karvoc's Fort Oberland I modified it by adding/swapping in Agricultural, Industrial, and Commercial plans. I have also made some changes here and there to fit in the new plans and additional plots. The resulting file contains a single level City Plan with 31 settlers that can be used prior to chapter 3. (it does have a watchtower, but this will act as a lower level martial plot until the war mechanics begin)
As I am not constrained by the contest rules I have used additional mods G2M - Workshop is a must, as many walls have been replace with those from this mod. Wireless Workshop Items There are only 2 objects from this mod, a street light and the most important a - 5x power conductor by the workbench that provides radiated power to the whole settlement.
Additional ADD-ON Mods
This uses all the add-ons that Karvoc's Fort Oberland does, plus the following:
down loadded tennpeny fort but it fail to even run the ss2 desk. i play on pc ive taken it out and put back in 2 time now vortex say there plugin ,missing form down load iam not pc smart anuff to sort
This mod prevents a savegame from loading (game will be stuck in Mainmenu-loading screen. I only uses recommended and optional mods from ss2 wiki, all up to date.
This looks so good! I know Kinggath has said in his livestreams that he prefers the scrappy look. But really, how can a settlement function with holes in the walls/ceilings?? This looks solid.
EDIT: Nevermind. I took a second look and saw all of the holes. It's doomed, I tell you... dooooomed.

Nice job with the city plan also, I love the idea.
