Ongoing collection of patches for the People Live In: series by Glitchfinder. For Horizon 1.9 and non-Horizon load orders

Mostly concerns the new items and setting to "no respawn".
Horizon patch must go in patch section
Currently:
USAF Satellite Station Olivia - the patch on his page for 1.8 no longer works as it needs the Z_Loot.esp for a master, which is no longer a thing for 1.9.
Roadsides Pine Motel - No Horizon dependency, can be used in any load order. Items are set to 'no respawn'.
- Previous patch was for an older version. Update adds in some items I either missed or he added with his newer version.
Dark Hollow Pond - No Horizon dependency, can be used in any load order. Items are set to 'no respawn'.
Unmarked Raider Camps - No Horizon dependency, can be used in any load order. Items are set to 'no respawn'.
Unmarked Raider Camps P2 - No Horizon dependency, can be used in any load order. Items are set to 'no respawn'.
Federal Ration Stockpile - No Horizon dependency, can be used in any load order. Items are set to 'no respawn'.
Balance concerns:
Most loot added is trash or common, some uncommon, few rare or significant items.
Related to this, I have Ceft's Open Commonwealth 'No Item Respawn' patches ----> here
