There is a requirement for the USAF Satellite Station Olivia patch to have the original PLI mod. Do the other three require the PLI mods or are they stand alones?

I've also updated USAF Olivia to move my horizon patch to old files (it's still there for people using v1.8) and linked this page in the compatibility post I have in my mod's comments.
I don't personally use Horizon, so I'm of the opinion that if someone who uses and enjoys that mod likes my mods enough to patch them together, that should be given precedence over what I might consider doing for it.
