About this mod

Adds 284 prewar versions of items and furniture to the workshop build menu so you can decorate your settlements.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Adds 284 different prewar items to the Workshop
(List of all items added in Docs tab, and will update as I add more)
(With DLCS it's 295)

There are other mods on Nexus that do some of the same things as this mod. The difference being this mod only adds prewar buildable items while other mods that contain some of these add many other things to build that are not prewar items. This mod so far adds 284 (295 with DLCs) different items to place. Many are static items that are for just decoration, while the rest and either storage containers or furniture like chairs and couches. I made this mod because I wanted a mod that would not conflict with the dozens of other mods I have in my game that add new items to build menus and a mod that would not add anything but prewar items. Since I could not find a mod that had that I decided to make one myself and share it here so others may enjoy it as well.

Some of the items in this mod are already included in the workshop DLC's, but not the base game. They do not conflict with this mod at all if you have said DLC's, you just might have some duplicates.

This mod uses a script to add new menus so that the items added will not be hard to find and clutter existing menus. The other reason I opted for a scripted menu was to ensure this mod is as compatible as possible with any other mod out there. You should not have to worry about this mod conflicting with any others you may have downloaded.

Some of the items have odd placement since they were never intended to be able to be placed by the player. If you use a mod such as Place Everywhere it will make the placement easier.

How to Install and Uninstall:
Install:

Installing this mod should be rather straight forward and simple to do. This mod is safe to install on an existing save as well. Use a mod manager such as Vortex or MO2 and you should not have to do much except click the download buttons. If you are wanting to manually install this mod then unzip this mod with either WinRAR or 7Zip and place the "data" folder where your Fallout4.exe is located.

Uninstall:

Since this mod uses scripts to place the menus where they need to go you can not just simply remove this mod from an existing game without potentially breaking your workshop menus. To safely uninstall this mod you need to craft the "PBI Uninstaller" chem in the Chemistry Station under the Utility tab. Once you find the uninstall chem it will say on the item how to safely uninstall this mod when you scroll to it in the utility section. If you forget to do this and your menus break you can try and fix them by using this mod Workshop Menu Missing Tabs Fix or have Workshop Framework installed before installing this mod and no issues "should" arise if you decide to uninstall this mod mid-game. It is still recommended to use the uninstall chem even if you are using the Workshop Framework mod above so there will  be no risk when uninstalling.
