Gives the cats Dora & Maise happiness ratings and links them to their settlements so they work like cats from the "Wasteland Workshop" DLC.

Poor Dora & Maisie(from vanilla) add no happiness to their settlements, unlike the cats from the Wasteland Workshop DLC which add 10. I solved this by copying over the properties, cat workshop script, and keyword link the DLC cats use.
Features:
Very simple. Place high in your load order and there wont be any conflicts.
