Remade the whole LL. Vanilla LL is untouched for compatibility reasons.

OVERVIEW As stated above, this mod distributes Defalt's Merc Pack into Minutemen leveled list (of course, to my preference). Not only that, it also does some more, such as:
Colonial duster and general uniform now accepts Ballistic Weave. Armor value is also increased.
Colonial duster and Preston's style Minutemen hat now adds +1 to Charisma.
The Minutemen that accompanies you during Taking Independence and The Nuclear Option now has their own outfit set.
Minutemen now will always wear hats (except for those who wear gasmask).
Minutemen envoy in Diamond City now wears Colonial duster.
Also some tweaks to WATM:
Reverted the vanilla clothing edited by WATM to their vanilla stats (and the edits above).
Outfit variations added by WATM will no longer spawn on Minutemen (they still can be crafted at Command Center).
INSTALLATION FOMOD installation, for vanilla version, simply put below Defalt's Merc Pack. For WATM version, put Defalt's Merc Pack below WATM, then put this below them.
