(April 9th 2024 Update: In the event an update breaks this mod it is unlikely I will update it. Hopefully just updating F4SE and LevelUpMenuEx will be enough, if it is not I apologise in advance.)

One of the only downsides to running the otherwise excellent Hot Diggity by Fishfiend is the lack of additional perk packs that are compatible with it, most notably (to me) Utherien's Humble Perks Pack, which adds its own Survival skill and an array of perks based on it, but requires the (also excellent) Be Exceptional.

Utherien has kindly given me permission to post this port of his mod. Thanks again!

This mod primarily swaps the original mod's skill requirements from Be Exceptional ones to equivalents that Hot Diggity provides. As Hot Diggity already has a Survival skill I have removed it from the Humble Hot Diggity Perks Pack mod and use the Hot Diggity skill in its place. Where Hot Diggity lacks a specific skill from Be Exceptional (Pistols, for example) I have tried to replace them with a skill (Guns) or skills that make sense.

Because Be Exceptional provides a number of its own perks and has more skills to invest in, you might find some of the perks in the Humble Hot Diggity Perks pack are now under/overpowered, or allow you to become overpowered in combination with Hot Diggity, or there may be some overlap between perks providing similar benefits. I've opted not to remove any perks as the goal was to provide a greater variety of perks, but if you find anything that is straight up ridiculous let me know in the comments and I will consider adjusting or removing it if I think it's appropriate.

FishFiend has said they are planning an update to Hot Diggity at some point in the future and I can not guarantee this mod will continue working if so. It was built against Hot Diggity 1.0.5, so if there's a newer version this might stop working. Sorry!

As I was altering things anyway I took the liberty of correcting some minor spelling and grammatical mistakes in the original perk descriptions and changed a couple of bits of flavour text. If you don't like the perk names or descriptions it's exceptionally simple to change these in FO4Edit. It's a good first modding project!

Requirements:
1. F4SE - Required for LevelUpMenuEx (link goes offsite)
2. LevelUpMenuEx 1.10.163.0 - Required for Hot Diggity (If the mod is hidden, download it via this link.)
3. Hot Diggity 1.0.5 - Required for this mod
You do not need the original Humble Perks Pack, but if you like the perks please endorse Utherien's mod. JUST DON'T INSTALL BOTH.
You do not need Be Exceptional for this, as Hot Diggity is used as the base mod instead. Don't install both, you'll have a LOT of duplicate skills and other funkiness.

Recommendations:
1. Miscellaneous Perks Pack - Designed (by me!) to work alongside both Hot Diggity and the Humble Hot Diggity Perks Pack.

Installation:
1. Use a Mod Manager, it should handle everything for you.
2. If you don't want to use a Mod Manager, the .esp goes in your Fallout 4/Data folder and the .ini goes in your Fallout 4/Data/PRKF folder. The .esp must be lower than the Hot Diggity .esp in your load order, obviously. I will not provide any support if you do it manually and get something wrong. :)

Incompatibilities:
1. Should work with any other LevelUpMenuEx perk mod, but Be Exceptional and You Are Special may give duplicate skills and perks. Don't install them unless you're creating compatibility patches for yourself.

Full list of the perks as found in this pack:

Anatomical Knowledge - Medicine 60 (Formerly Anatomy Knowledge)
Deal 25% more limb damage to humans, ghouls, super mutants and gen 3 synths.

Ballistics Expert - Crafting 60
Increases ballistic weapon range stat.

Beloved Leader - Charisma 7+
If your HP is below 30% your companions will do 30% more damage.

Commonwealth Cleanser - Complete Brotherhood quest "Show No Mercy" (Formerly Brotherhood to the Bone)
Deal 10% more damage to and take 10% less damage from ghouls, super mutants and synths.

Dirty Harry 1/2 - Guns 45/90
Increase VATS headshot chance with .44 revolvers by 10/20%. Used to be based on Pistols, substituted for Guns.

Eagle Eye - Survival 80 and Perception 8
Aiming down sights will mark targets. Note this requires Survival AND Perception.

Firearms Instructor - Guns 70
This perk is a joke based on commenters from weapon mods explaining how real guns work. Your companions do 20% more damage thanks to your instruction, but nobody likes you very much, so you lose 1 Charisma. Be aware this could reduce you to 0 Charisma, which might break something.

Infiltrator - Sneak 50
While wearing no armour you move 15% faster in stealth and are 15% less likely to be detected. Seems to check Chest, Feet and Hands for armour. If the bonuses aren't applying it is likely the game considers your outfit to be armour rather than clothing. Vanilla clothing should be flagged appropriately but mods may not be.

It's Raining Lead - Guns 40
Shots from miniguns have a 10% chance to knock a target down and they will also do 25% more limb damage. This sounds overpowered to me, but miniguns probably need the help. :)

Keen Explorer - Survival 30
Triple XP for discovering new locations. Does not reveal existing map locations. Might conflict with Hot Diggity's own Explorer perk. Renamed to avoid confusion. If you take both perks and everything works, please let us know in the comments!

Law Enforcer - Complete "The Silver Shroud"
Deals 10% more damage to and takes 10% less damage from raiders, gunners and triggermen.

Lightning Reflexes - Melee 100
Adds the ability to block shots with your melee weapon. Might conflict with any other mod that offers this functionality, like Star Wars - The Lightsaber. If you use such a mod I advise making a save before selecting the perk then trying it for yourself.

Lowlife - Survival 15
So long as you're wearing 3 pieces of raider armour you are immune to chem addiction. This probably counts Nuka World raider armour, but is untested. If someone can confirm it works for them I'll update the description.

Mix It! - Medicine 40 and Crafting 50
Combine a Stimpak, Med-X and Jet into a Combat Stimpak. Slightly less effective than all 3 but without the addiction risk. Was based on Be Exceptional's Chemistry skill, swapped to Medicine and Crafting in Hot Diggity. Makes it harder to get, if you think it should be easier feel free to say so in the comments, or change it yourself. :)

Parkour Enthusiast/Expert/Master - Survival 30/60/90
Decreases your fall damage by 25/50/75%. Probably not additive as that would be over 100%.

Psychotic - Survival 45
Psycho lasts twice as long as is 25% more effective.

Radiation Absorber - Survival 60
Rads slowly disappear over time. Does not heal the player as the rads disappear, unlike Hot Diggity's Rad Purge. It's possible these two will conflict if you take both, or it might "just work". If this straight up breaks something let me know and I'll remove this perk. Rad Purge requires Endurance rather than Survival so I didn't want to remove this out of hand.

RobCo Sales Rep - Charisma 6+
Deal 10% more damage to and take 10% less damage from robots. Was based on Be Exceptional's Barter skill, swapped to Charisma in lieu of a better option in Hot Diggity.

Scout - Survival 80
Move 15% faster normally and in stealth, sprinting costs 50% less AP and you are 20% less likely to be detected in stealth. But only if you're carrying less than 100 lbs in your inventory. Very useful if you can travel light!

Second Skin - Survival 100
Equipped armour weighs 90% less.

Sharpshooter 1/2 - Perception 7/8
VATS headshot chance increases by 10/20% for all ranged weapons.

Snake Eater - Survival 70
Poison damage taken reduced by 75%.

Special Agent 1/2 - Sneak 45/90
Deal 50/100% more damage with silenced pistols while undetected and Stealth Boys last 25/50% longer. This seems overpowered to me, especially if coupled with some of the Hot Diggity perks. Be aware this is a potentially game ruining choice if you're playing at vanilla difficulty levels.

Special Tactics and Recon Unit - Sneak 100
Your companions should no longer alert enemies while sneaking. May conflict with other mods attempting to do this. May seem not to work at all! Companions can be the absolute worst. :)

Stay Frosty - Explosives 40
Deal 50% more damage with frost and frost-based weapons. Gain 50% frost resistance. This is basically to make the Cryolator a viable weapon, but also boosts cryo grenades and mines. Should improve cryo damage from any mod added sources as well.

Steel Whirlwind - Melee 70
Bladed melee weapons cost 25% less AP in VATS.

Swift Learner - Survival 50
Gain 10% more XP from any activity.

The Bone Zone - Melee 50 or Explosives 50
Deal 30% more limb damage with blunt melee weapons and explosives. This was originally tied to the Survival skill but I think it makes more sense tied to Melee or Explosives. Perk should be available if you get either skill to 50 or higher, but will apply to both sources of damage regardless.

Thick Skinned - Survival 90
Your skin thickens and resists 75% of fire and acid damage, but thick skin is ugly and so you lose 1 Charisma. As with Firearms Instructor, be careful taking this if you're playing a low Charisma character.

Thoughtful Reader - Intelligence 6
Gain 100 XP from reading a magazine. Probably only works on vanilla magazines. Might conflict with anything that modifies vanilla magazine effects, shouldn't conflict with texture/model replacers.

Tough Guy/Gal - Survival 85 (Name changes according to player gender)
Doubles your chance at succeeding on persuasion checks.

Untamed Pyromaniac - Explosives 60
Fire and fire based weaponry deals 50% more damage. May conflict with Hot Diggity's own Pyromaniac perk. Renamed to distinguish the two. Implementation is not identical so it's possible both will apply either additively or multiplicatively. Either way, don't hurt yourself. :)

Up Close and Personal 1/2 - Sneak 30/60
Increases your one-handed melee sneak attack damage. Original mod says it increases your damage "10 times" for both ranks, but the numbers seem to indicate rank 1 doubles your sneak multiplier and rank 2 multiplies it by 7. Or possibly just adds 2 and 7 to your multiplier. Either way, I'm not sure where 10 came from. Description in-game is vague as a result. If you're playing a one-handed melee sneak character this perk is probably a must have, possibly overpowered.

---

If you find any mistakes in the above descriptions, please let me know in the comments. If there are mistakes in the perks themselves I may or may not be able to fix them. Most of what I have done here is change references in the mod to point to Hot Diggity rather than Be Exceptional.

DO NOT HARASS UTHERIEN WITH BUG REPORTS OR OTHER ISSUES IF YOU ARE USING THIS MOD!

I'm reasonably confident I have done everything correctly, but his mod was not designed to work with Hot Diggity. There may be things that won't work properly as a result. It's far more likely I've done something wrong than something being wrong with his work. Be kind to mod authors. :)
