If you have trouble with slow motion and third person animations, you should edit the animation with FO4Edit. In the weapons section, keywords (sorted), you will see the following: "AlexAnimsGhost [KYWD: XXXXXXXX]". Replace this with "AnimsSubmachineGun [KYWD: XXXXXXXX]". For example, my KYWD is "AlexAnimsGhost [KYWD: 0800361A]". I replaced this with "AnimsSubmachineGun [KYWD: 001A6AEF]". Then in the Race section, delete the two variables highlighted in green "Power Armor" and "Human", this only the ones that are highlighted in green. The weapon now has third person fluency and the reload animation is 90% accurate. Excuse my English, it is not my mother tongue. Hope it works for you!
I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me or have encountered a similar issue. With the armor equipped I cannot seem to play more than like 1-3min before the game crashes to desktop. Only other mods I installed are the ultra wide interface and the high fps physics fix. I tried disabling them and doesn't seem to matter, going to try a clean install and only the Nova mode and see how that goes.
Other than that I am running the game at max settings, which seems to be working fine without the Nova armor equipped.
Any possible insights as to why this could be occurring would be appreciated or if anyone else has had similar issues? The mod looks amazing and would love to use it!
*UPDATE: So note entirely sure just yet, I think it might have been the maxed out settings becoming an issue as I optimized settings in Geforce Experience and also completely removed the ultrawide mod (so could be something odd occurring with that too, will have to retest). Would be nice with the new update and actual ultrawide support if this Nova mod will still work.
In anycase was able to get it working, I suspect it was the settings and the game's poor optimization. I figured I shouldn't have any issues running max settings with my setup, but yeah lol.
oh, in front of Nate's home? No wonder it's not in my game. I wish you could create this at a crafting bench or something. Is there a console command to summon the suit, weapon and goggles?
Also, I am seeing a lot of distress about the animations. I really like the idea and visually this mod is top notch. If it has problems from being dated, I wish someone would just take the mod and update it so it works more seamlessly.
Nothing wrong with the outfit, it looks good. Just needs an hotkey based stealth activation feature. Something that uses MCM menu.
For her weapon, it seems like in the lore and gameplay Nova is using a futuristic but very believable long range anti-material sniper rifle. Probably has a round with a lot of grains like a 50 caliber BMG. You could use similar animations to mods like the XM2010 or the AX50.
Apparently, the C-10 MK VI is pretty impressive. It has a long rang high caliber mode that you see in most sniper rifles. "25mm" ----- that's like a .9 compared to the .5 BMG! plus its energy enhanced. So, do they mean this thing is also like a pulse rifle or a rail gun then? Or do they not use gunpowder as a propellent? It also has an automatic fire feature. I am guessing maybe no gunpowder then, because firing a .9 in real life is like getting kicked by a mule. If that was automatic, you would probably get blown off your feet in a few shots.
This suit looks so good. I have been using Ghost Hostile Environment Suits since Fallout 3 and this one is so nice to look at. Visually this mod is a 10 no question. Mechanically, it is a bit lackluster. The armor and weapon feel vanilla both in their mods and their functionality. Still a great mod, I just have to dig into it with FO4edit and stack up some uniqueness.
It would be pretty sweet if someone with a firm grasp on custom mechanics would pad this mod out. Custom ammo types and sound effects for the C-20a, more meaningful and unique mod choices for both the armor and the weapon. I will be using the Toggle Stealth boy to mimic its stealth capabilities. It would be fun to add an ability to call down mini-nukes without needing the fatman. They did that with the F03 version. Paints would be cool, the all white of pre-zerg Kerrigan, the gray and white for post-zerg Kerrigan and maybe a black and red specter.
Still, rambling aside fantastic looking armor great work. While it may be mechanically simple, it all works nothing seems to be broken or missing, (aside from the move issue I guess). Definitely endorsed...
this mod causes CTD with the current vs of fallout 4 unfortunately, no errors fo4edit can find, no conflicts with my load order, not sure whats causing it.

For the Goggles, something similar to the Westech Optical series, that lets you turn on thermals and night vision via the MCM hotkeys.

I don't know where the problem is
