Alters Deadpool2099's 9mm Pistol to adhere to FROST's various changes with an option to replace the vanilla 10mm.

LIST OF CHANGES
In the non-replacer version, the gun can be found almost everywhere you would find vanilla 10mm Pistols and on Alliance.
The replacer version replaces the vanilla 10mm with the 9mm Pistol and the LL inject script from the original mod is disabled.
If you use the replacer version I recommend installing FROST - Fallout 3 10mm SMG Patch. Otherwise, 10mm ammo will become almost obsolete, since no guns other than the vanilla 10mm pistol and 10mm Compact Pistol (Deliverer) use it.
Both versions are .esl flagged .esp files to aid in keeping under the plugin limit.

My other FROST mods and patches
- Receivers have been renamed and had their stats altered
- Deleveled / reconstructed the modcols, so the gun can spawn at any level with any attachments, but the odds of finding one with good attachments are low
- Attachment crafting is rebalanced (components, required perks)
- Fixed a bug in the base mod that caused 9mm ammo to be too plentiful
- Fixed a bug in the base mod where sights would show up twice in the crafting menu
- For immersion, renamed the "One handed animation" and "Two handed animation" to "One-handed" and "Two-handed" as well as removed any mention of mod authors in the descriptions.
- All unique variants have had the legendary effects removed, but they do slightly more damage that the normal 9mm Pistol.
- The unique variant "Maria" has been removed from the world in order to not alter the greater Fallout timeline.
- The gun can now spawn with the Factory Engraving, but its rare.
- Renamed to Browning Hi-Power Pistol
- The gun is carefully balanced to do slightly less damage than the 10mm Pistol.
- Edited aim model: no automatic recoil recovery
- Reduced critical damage multiplier consistent with FROST Official Updates (Redux)
