UPDATE: 05/27/2022 - A complete redesign to resolve missing mods content as well as a structural reconstruction, I kept one of the houses the same from my previous build simply because I liked it, every other house rebuilt from scratch and redecorated with newer decorations, foundation updated as well. Build Your Own Pool was used for the fountain/water area, the mod has a requirement for use, there is a magazine that unlocks its contents inside the control booth, directly outside Vault 111.
Scrapped everything but the radio tower and its brick base. Accommodates your settlers with a simple and elegant design, it's built into the surrounding area so as not to stick out like a soar thumb, fully decorated and ready for immediate settler move in.
