This mod does a few of things
1) This is a modder's resource framework for adding omods for faction specific distribution. Built on top of a stripped out version of AWKCR 3.0. This is designed to be a lightweight alternative for mods that want to distribute things like Armor and Weapon paints in a faction-specific manner, for users who don't want AWKCR in their load order.
2) With the optional patches, gives you a version of Gunmetal Armor/Weapons/Clothing that doesn't require AWKCR, and adds faction specific weapon paint distribution.
3) With the optional patches, distributes Creation Club Weapon and Paint skins to their appropriate factions.
Compatibility I've made this as compatible as possible. However, anything modifying the weapons or armor with the skins (the modcols have to be attached to templates), or the faction levelled lists (they need the added filter keywords) will require patching.

The Script The script I used to generate the modcols is available for anyone interested, however it isnt the most user friendly thing I've ever written, so don't expect it to just work. If you're interested in using or modifying it, feel free to contact me through my discord. It would be useful if you want to expand the framework, or do faction based distribution of a weapon or armor skins for modded weapon or armors (which don't have the templates and modcols this mod uses).
