My modern take of Spectacle Island.

Don't be put off by the requirements, there are only a few that are absolutely required, the rest are to make the settlements as close to my complete vision as possible. I can't guarantee the results without all the mods I used, but feel free to experiment.
I did not use the entire island as the item count was already approaching 6k, therefore you have a fully functioning huge settlement that sleeps 50 and space to build more if you wish. I used 2/3 of the island more or less.
