  Before Installation
  
  Place yourself near the house and scrap everything in the settlement and Transfer Settlement.
  Stand near the workshop when you transfer so you don't get caught up in the items.
  
  
  After Installation
  
  If the power doesn't work just place a new generator anywhere you wish. The original generator is located behind the diner on the outside of the wall.
  If the swimming pool doesn't have any water just place the water yourself.
