Ultra simple Improved Flamer for the Plasma gun based on the numbers used for the other mods.

Tiny ESL with one goal, an Improved Plasma Gun Flamer.
Roughly matches the improvements added by the other 'Improved __' weapon mods.
I didn't check in depth if anyone else has made something like this, but my apologies if I stole your idea :/
In-Game Description: "Improved Flame-thrower conversion. Slightly reduced range. Signficantly higher heat output, melts off limbs, uses more ammo."
