I always thought it was strange, Fritsch even mentions "Cutting the Corners" and just buying tickets from him. Yet, this man does not sell tickets...
Exchange 1,000 Caps for a Ticket Roll at any Token Dispenser. Crank it up a notch and exchange 10,000 or even 45,000 (ingame transaction limit before bugs happen) Caps into wonderful Nuka-Cade Ticket Rolls!
Originally, I used Fritch's vendor chest but transferring more than 100,000 individual items (50k Caps out and 50k Tickets in was causing bugs)I had scripted (and placed) a couple of ticket rolls on the counter that would exchange the items, but I went with something more elegant.
This mod opens a small interface to transfer Caps into Ticket Rolls, it consists of a hidden perk and quest with a couple of attached scripts to allow secondary interaction with the Token Dispenser.
