Put those pesky Technical Documents and Viable Blood Samples to use, made for folks who did away with the Brotherhood or don't like turning in Radiant Quests. See my other mod to make even more use of Technical Documents!

A simple mod adding an X111 Compound recipe (Healing) and a Circuitry recipe (Utility) into your Chemistry Station (now with added recipe hiding!)
Uses just about the same resources you would receive from the missions, spare the caps and minor losses for convenience and lesser skill.
Craft 4 Circuitry from each technical document, they are worth 5 and Quinlin pays you 25.
Craft 1 X111 Compound from 4 Blood Samples, while Neriah gives you 6 Compounds per 20 Samples.
I made another mod to handle Technical Documents in a more elegant fashion (link), it will work together with this mod if you still want to craft X11 Compound. I figured I would upload it seperate since it's a bit more intense on the worldspace and script aspect.
If requested I may try to find a way to force activate the quest for anyone who would like these resources without dealing with the brotherhood.
