!! UPDATE !!
Vault 88 - More Vault Rooms has been removed by the mod author. However, An archived version can be found HERE. I will update/redo the blueprint with comparable mods in case the archived version becomes unavailable. Thank you for patience.

Disclaimer
This blueprint is UNFURNISHED to keep mod requirements low. This includes some lighting. Any pictures with furnishings are only to give an idea of what each room is for.

Preparation:

  • You will need to complete the exploring Vault 88 quest before loading this blueprint into your game.

  • You will need to use scrap everything or a similar mod to scrap dirt mounds, rocks, construction lights, metal supports, signs, ect. in the main area and the train station.

Layout:

This blueprint is mostly in the main area with the exception of a bar/night club in the train station area. There is still plenty of space to build if you wish.

1st floor:
  • Shops, clinic, cafeteria, exits to other areas of the vault.
  • North sector: Workshop, reactor, night club. Nightclub is in abandoned train station area. It has its own bar, restaurant, and bathrooms.
  • Heading to the North East sector is the gym and chapel. North East sector itself is empty and ready to build in.
  • East Sector: This area is empty and ready to build in.

2nd floor:
  • School, comic books shop, arcade, general store, laundry, library, security and stairwell to Overseer's office, stairwells to residential, small bar, 2 small bathrooms (1 male, 1 Female).

3rd &4th floor:
  • Large Bathrooms with shower area, Small room for vending machines and plenty of bedrooms. There should be enough space to fit 40+ beds. These mods are not required for the blueprint to work but I highly recommend SnapBeds by ferret99gt and/or Easy Homebuilder and Working Beds by Hozsa to maximize space.

* Rooms are big enough they should fit Sim Settlements plots. However, I am not certain if it would work in conjunction with this blueprint since I do not use Sim Settlements. If some one wishes to try it, and leave a comment on whether or not Sim Settlements plots are compatible with the room sizes, I'll update this description.

Blueprint provides:
Food- 0
Water- 60 (power source not included)
Power- 150
Defense- 0
Beds- 0

Mod Requirements:
  • Modular Vault 88 Rooms and the following under optional files: Modular Vault 88 Rooms for More Vault Rooms
  • More Vault Signs
  • Scrap Everything - You will need to scrap everything you can in the main area. Dirt piles, rocks, bricks, railroad tracks, Metal supports, ect.
  • Settlement Objects Expansion Pack
  • Snappy HouseKit
  • Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints
  • Vault 88 'More Room Items'
  • Vault 88 - More Vault Rooms
  • Vault 88 Room Corners Plus. Plus the: Add-on for More Vault Rooms and Vault 88 Railings
  • Snappy DLC Kits
  • Homemaker - Expanded Settlements
  • OPTIONAL: G2M - Workshop- Needed to increase the settlement budget. Any mod that increases settlement budget will work.

Known Issues:
  • Power conduits may not transmit power on import and will have to be redone. If you experience this, power conduits are located behind the walls. Just delete them and replace them with the mounted conduits from SOE.

All credit for this blueprint goes to the wonderful mod authors who made this all possible. Thank you.

Installation: *Blueprint is in slot #. If the slot is full, you will need to rename the blueprint file to any number that is available.

Manual download: Download to preferred drive/folder. Locate and open your Fallout 4 game folder. Navigate to: fallout4/data/f4se/plugins/transfersettlements/blueprints. Now go back to where you downloaded the blueprint file. Right click on file, scroll to the archive extractor tool you have ( like 7 zip or winrar). Select Extract File. It will spawn a folder. Open it. There should be a folder labeled 96. Copy this folder in to the above location. And you are done.
