A medium build that turns Dalton farm into a Far Harbor-style dock town. Meant for Horizon and Project Valkyrie players who made peace with all 4 factions, and also made peace between the three factions on the island.

Dalton Docks is the Republic's attempt at helping the Harbormen of Far Harbor resettle and take back their Island from the Fog. As Far Harbor relies mainly on fishing, Dalton Docks instead is a farmstead, growing large amounts of tarberries, the most lucrative crop to sell. Like each of the city-states that make up the Republic, Dalton Docks is equipped with a healthcare system for injuries and to treat radiation, on-site maintenance, robotics and equipment crafting, arms and clothing manufacturing, a small localized economy based on selling these products, water desalination and purification systems, clean power with backup generators and power storage, natural gas siphoning, sanitation and textile cleaning, a dedicated local militia with training, hunting and fishing of local wildlife, barbershop, soda flavored anti-depressants and a game room for relaxation. Dalton Docks is connected to the Freedom Network and can easily radio in reinforcements from any of the other settlements on the Island, in the small chance of attack. In the even smaller chance that help cannot be immediately established and contact is lost, Dalton Docks can go on the defensive and withstand a siege for approximately one month to a week, depending on the severity of the attack.
