ads a blueprint to your game which you can use together with transfer settlements to instantly transfer this cool settlement into your game. before you go and install this blueprint however you must install a couple mods which i have listed in the requirements section. ALL DLC MUST BE INSTALLED.

also make sure you have the place everywhere mod installed so when the transfer is done you can move the workshop behind the wall to hide it no extra work beyond this is required. you can also put the fusebox wherever you want since it serves no purpose.
