   Where did you have find that railroad's flag texture ? It look so much better than the original !

      Nevermind I found it. Otherwise, use the DC homeplate like a railroad safehouse is a very nice idea. I will probably use this mod later in my new game.

   Looks good, but shouldn't it have been posted in the Transfer Settlement category instead of Player Settlement?

      Does not have Transfer Settlement in its requirements list so maybe it's something different? Though it mentions it so I'm a bit confused myself.

      sorry for the trouble guys i guess i just made a few mistakes when uploading the file (it's my first time posting) : v.
      I was gonna fix the desc anyway and fix a bug that i overlooked but thanks for pointing this out too!
