These monstrous, elderly Institute super mutants are a result of the mutation failing to stabilize, resulting in uneven growth and creating warped, twisted creatures that would seem pitiful if they weren't so strong. The side-effect was known ever since Edgar Swann, one of the first test subjects, experienced the transformation, but the Institute never bothered to eliminate the flaw from their experimental strains.

     I found it underwhelming when I took down the first Behemoth with a fairly mundane hunting rifle and I couldn't find a mod that remedied this situation.



There were plenty of mods that altered them but also touched on Supermutants, their dogs and various other aspects I wanted to leave alone. 
To make matters worse, there were other requirements bundled in with the mod I really don't care for thus this mod was born.

This mod complements the use of modded weapons/armor fairly well in comparison to the vanilla game.


I have rebalanced and tweaked the Behemoth and their weapons to make them the formidable force they should be.



Requirements:


You only need the base game to use this and it should have zero compatibility issues. It is an ESL file so it does not count towards your load order limit. It also should not matter where in the load order it is as this only overrides the Behemoth files in the fallout.esm.
There is also an ESL flagged .esp version for those not wanting to use ESL files. 

Installation:

Use a mod manager to install or
Download the mod, unzip, copy to your fallout 4 data folder, and activate the mod through your mod manager. 

Future updates:

Creation of Creature rebalances all in one file once the predator ecosystems are rebalanced which will be released once fully tested in ESL/ESP with ESL flag file format. Please be patient as testing the complete ecosystem will be very time-consuming and many creatures are either in testing and tweaking phases.
