Just a mostly vanilla blueprint of Greentop Nursery, mods used are not a requirement excepting one.

I looked through the options for a Greentop Nursery blueprint, and couldn't find a nice basic one I could enjoy, so I sent Cait and Dogmeat home, sat down and decided how I wanted Greentop to look. This is what I came up with, feel free to use it as a start or as is.
Mods that I used.
Wall Pass-Through Power Conduits
Real Throughs (Completely Optional)
Stairs Ladders and Ramps (For Flooring and Ramps)
Auto Doors (Just cause I hate seeing left open doors)
Snap Beds (Optional if you prefer different beds)
Caravan Trading Post Enhanced (Used for the Stores)
CWSS Redux (For Bunkhouse Washrooms)
All Settlements expanded
I did not use this one personally, but Clean and Repair - Greentop Nursery
Should take care of all the trees and plants that I used the disable command in my game to remove.
As I uploaded I remembered that I didn't add a water source. Sorry.
