This blueprint builds you the starter home you need in Sanctuary with minimal scrapping required ..... beds, food, water, power and defense to satisfy Preston & crew. House is built on the river so that's the only area that needs to be cleaned up ....... minimal task.

I always found it a pain in the butt to attend to Preston & crews needs before you get started. This blueprint provides all their requirements plus a space for your crafting and storage. Leave the clean up of Sanctuary for later when you have time!
So I've been asked what additional mods I've used to get the environment in the screenshots ...... so here is a list of those mods.
The Environment
Fallout 4 Seasons ....... I used Spring
Clean Water of the Commonwealth ....... I used Tropical
Fallout 4 Enhanced Color Correction
Importing
Tips for successfully importing file.
1. Set Game to Low-Resolution during import .....
2. Disable in-game saves
3. Transfer Settlement Options
a. General Settings - use Stable Preset, with the following options selected
- Shut down generators during the power-up phase
- Turn off NPC AI during import
b. Import settings - only the following options selected
- Import DLC Items
- Import Mod-Added Items
- Import or Nuke Marker-Based Items
- Import Wired Power Connections
4. Stay in settlement during import
