Could be a mod conflict ...... Also check all your ini files and see if this in any of them ( bUseCombinedObjects=0 ) if you have it remove it as it can cause issues
You can also try reinstalling the Blueprint in case their was some installation issue ... I've had that issue before in other settlements for certain floor pieces
This blueprint is not in my pipboy. I have all the requirements listed for this mod and the Transfer Settlements mod. Any idea what I might be missing?

I love it! Nice and simple, not a lot of dependencies, and very cozy looking too! I'll definitely have to give your other presets a look.The scenery looks nice as well! Could you please tell me what mods you used to get it looking that way? Specifically: the cherry blossoms, the grass, and any ENBs you might be using in these screenshots.
