Settlement Transferred.
When you need housing, have brahmin, and are only a few hundred meters from a railroad, what do you do? Build a boxcar city! This settlement is wind-powered and low tech. Decorating has been held to a minimum for your personalization pleasure (and because I am both lazy and hate decorating settlements.)
