Sunshine Tidings Co-op
Here it is folks! my version of sunshine tidings! This is a smallish farm (in terms of food) seeing as the weeds get in the way of planting (you are more then welcome to add more food). I tried to make sure there would be enough defense and food for 20 settlers. There is also a radio beacon in the settlement however it is not attached to the conduit, if you wish to activate it, just attach the wire.
If you change this up I would love to see what you guys do!
No actual decorations went into this, if you wish to decorate yourself you are more then welcome to, unfortunately my machine will not handle that part of the building in fallout.
BEFORE IMPORTING:

Installation:
Download and place the .json file in your fallout 4 data folder (Fallout 4 >Data> F4SE>Plugins>TransferSettlements>blueprints)
Create a new empty folder and place the file in the newly created folder.
Known Issues:
May have to move lamps and spotlights to get them to work
May have to click and release cables in houses to get the power to work
Power may be in the red (stated above)

BEFORE IMPORTING:
- I imported and exported this settlement using the stable settings, there have been a few items to be floating after loading the BP just move them back to the ground/where ever they are
- i used some items given in sunshine, the fridge, stove and table were used from large cafeteria style building
- kept most of the stuff in the nurses office except for the table with the kettle and cups and the enamel bucket
- most of the beds and other items were stored that were in the cabins
- kept the chemistry station where it was
