Murkwater Construction Site Vanilla DLC Blueprint
You will need either SPRING CLEANING Or SCRAP EVERYTHING

Small little settlement for about 14 people. Not much here crafting stations and stores are available.
Vanilla Build using DLC items as furnishings and lighting. Not a total fan of this build but it will do seeing as this is quite a small settlement and not much could be done other than building up.
There is always room to improve this settlement and maybe uploaded again in the future.
YOU WILL NEED EITHER SPRING CLEANING OR SCRAP EVERYTHING FOR THIS SETTLEMENT for the one house thats there.

What you will need:
Features:
· Created completely with vanilla/DLC assets - no mods required!
· Workshop area with all crafting stations
· Turrets! turrets galore! (I don’t like having to run across the ‘Wealth)
· All stores with barber
· Small settlement with raised housing
· Lots of lights as this place seems to be very foggy
Installation:
Download and place the .json file in your fallout4datafolder (Fallout 4 >Data>F4SE>Plugins>TransferSettlements>blueprints)
Create a new empty folder and place the file in the newly created folder.
