Changes Railroad Outfits and leveled list to include modded weapons and clothing to make them a communist faction.
You can use it in combination with my other mod the BOS Nazi Overhaul to have a WW2'esque faction war

Railroad Agents of the HQ will spawn with different clothing (for example no helmets but instead civilian outfits) than the attackers for example on Bunker Hill

i patched all of the weapons for BLD (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3815) for myself and than imported them into the mod so they are probably patched for you too if you dont like that keep your hands away from this mod

As soon as someone releases a HIGH QUALITY PPSH or TT33 I will integrate them.
Maybe I'll give Desdemona a hat
Maybe I'll think of something for Tinker Tom and Carrington but unlikely

I did this for myself but decided to publish i dont know about permissions but if one of the authors is not okay with my mod please consult me and i will immediately take it down but i think it will at the most give you additional downloads :D
