The Hangman's Alley Patch not appears among the requirements but is essential: fixes the navmesh/trigger border issue that keep settlers from navigating to all of the buildable area in Hangman's Alley and increases the build height.
Installation
Mod Manager (Vortex)
Download with mod manager and install. Vortex decompresses the .json file automatically in DATA folder, then it will appear in the pip-boy.
Manual
Download and unzip F4SE in game Data folder.

Installation
- Before installing, make sure you have installed all the files in the requirements list, and leave a save game.
- Remove (scrap with workshop) all default items to avoid annoying glitches.
