About this mod
This patch fixes the navmesh/trigger border issue that would keep settlers from navigating to all of the buildable area in Hangman's Alley (the Northeast area near the chained door). Also it slightly increases the build height.

Known Issues:
Thanks to CheeseofBorg on Reddit who pointed out that there seems to be a conflict with Scrap Everything. Haven't tested it myself yet, but beware.
This mods works fine with Spring Cleaning though.
