The Hangman's Alley Patch not appears among the requirements but is essential: fixes the navmesh/trigger border issue that keep settlers from navigating to all of the buildable area in Hangman's Alley and increases the build height.
Installation
Before installing, make sure you have installed all the files in the requirements list.
Nexus Mod Manager Install:
Download with manager and install.

Download and unzip to:
